Payments and
Work Processes
payments
Payment is divided in two parts:
✦ 50% of the total once I start your work.
✦ 50% + expedition fees once I finish the work.
Work process Portraits
✦ First of all we will choose together your most suitable pics and the material (?) on which the painting will be done.
✦ Once we have sorted these things out I'll send you an email with our agreement which has to be signed by you.
✦ After the second payment I'll send you the sketch made on the agreed material (?)
✦ After your approval I'll start the work with the acrylic. I'll send you an update after every subject has been finished. You'll be able to ask me to modify up to two things per subject, after that every modification will come at a price of 30€.
In case of big changes, which will require to re-do the painting, they will come at a price of 50% more of the agreed price.
If the painting requires two or more different photos, there will be an extra of 20€.
Work Process Compositions
✦ Once you commision me the work I'll send you a contract which you will send me back signed.
✦ After having discussed together about the elements to include in your painting, I'll send you a sketch so that you can check if that's what you want. We will also choose together the material (?) on which the sketch will be made.
✦ After your approval I'll send you the sketch on the agreed material (?).
✦ After your approval I'll start the work with the acrylic. I'll send you an update after every subject has been finished. You'll be able to ask me to modify up to two things per subject, after that every modification will come at a price of 30€.
In case of big changes, which will require to re-do the painting, they will come at a price of 50% more of the agreed price.
